In the last weeks I upgraded my 2012 Mac mini and my wife's Macbook pro from 4GB to 16GB RAM - the difference is night and day. Go for 8GB. ... I may get one with bigger 16GB RAM/ 512GB SSD , as I'll probably run virtual machines on it, and it is not upgradeable. My current 6 year old laptop has 4GB and came with a 320GB drive, upgraded now to a. 480GB SSD and it is still slow. |
